Not a trained beautician, Chems began her training in 2015 with the biggest European names, from Eastern European countries to Italy. She climbed the ranks and became a Grand Master. Very quickly, she became the first French woman to organize official PhiBrows, PhiContour, and PhiRemoval sessions in France and around the world.
In 2019, it became clear that France did not have any schools capable of teaching semi-permanent makeup to the exacting standards of major international brands. Chems then founded LA Chems Academy in Lille and then in Paris, driven by a simple belief: a student should not leave with an approximate technique, but with a real profession in their hands. A mastered gesture. A method. A demanding standard. A signature.
From gesture to signature
It all starts with the face. Anatomy, morphology, colorimetry, compass symmetry. Even before picking up the blade, you learn to understand what you're looking at, then to perform the precise gesture on living skin, from day one.

The trainer is truly amazing, very reassuring and passionate, as is her assistant. The training is extremely comprehensive, the kit provided contains absolutely everything you need to get started. Plus, we have 4 months of follow-up support, so it's not just two days of classes after which you're left on your own — quite the opposite! The website is very well designed, with clear multiple-choice questions, videos, texts, and detailed explanations. There's even a direct chat with the trainer, which allows us to get answers to all our questions. We also practice on models with her, which makes the learning even more practical.
